Patrick Young was appointed to the position of executive Chef at the Dundee Arms in 2001, after having served as Sous Chef for a year and a half. Chef Patrick's culinary experience is both diverse and impressive. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada, Patrick served in the kitchens of world-class dining establishments in Switzerland, Alberta, Ontario and his native Prince Edward Island.
Chef Patrick is a Red Seal certified Chef and an active member of the PEI chapter of the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks. Patrick's cuisine ranges from eclectic, French, classical and fusion with an Asian flair to a more traditional Maritime flavor. Chef Patrick and his culinary team look forward to creating the cuisine that has made the Dundee Arms one of Charlottetown's finest dining establishments.
